This will Change how you See Oppositions

Opposition is not usually proof that you are on the wrong path. In fact, opposition is usually proof that you are on a path that is worth the resistance. Without a shadow of doubt, it feels easier to be on the same page with people, everything going smoothly and everyone being happy with everyone’s choices, opinions, and so on. While this seems like a perfect scenario, it is never going to be a real scenario and should not be desired as an ideal scenario. If you have heard the phrase that if you don’t stand for something, you will fall for anything, then you have heard right. The beauty of life is in diversity, and so is the essence of purpose. Therefore, every time someone or people do not agree with you, count it all joy, because it means that you stand for something.

No one ever hires security guards to secure an empty room. This points to the value of resistance; anything that is valuable will not be placed within the reach of everybody that passes by and even when select people are able to approach it, there will be a form of protocol in order to gain access to it. The tomb where Jesus was laid must have been guarded by the most competent and loyal security personnel in that town at the time; this is because the resurrection of Jesus was at stake and the Pharisees could not afford to “allow” that to happen, since it would prove everything Jesus stood for to be true. When it is a big deal, the enemy will not allow it to pass without resistance.

Each time the enemy tries to steal from you, should be a reminder of your worth. That idea you have is relevant, your purpose is important, God has greatness ahead of you. Thieves do not rob a place where they expect no gain.

Henceforth, always respond to resistance with persistence….

And with reassurance that something great is ahead of you.

Look beyond the attack, focus on what you stand to gain.

Resistance wants you to give in, but if you don’t accept, it gives way to your persistence,
On the other side of persistence, is glory.
