When we think we have arrived, is when we must be careful. We must learn to forget what we have become and press towards all we can be. The path that leads to purpose is not without exits, such that to start well is important, and staying on course is not automatic. When we journey, we must pay attention to the goal than to motion.
Never be comfortable with what God has done so as to deny what He has not done, for when God blesses it is an act of mercy such that we could have been without the blessing and rightly so. For we really do not have what we deserve but what He preserves.
Whoever owns the parrot, can be stuck in a confusion of things because when the parrot is able to imitate your words, then your secrets are at the mercy of your pet. It has valuable information but does it truly value it? Then, when you want him to speak for you, he speaks for himself and for others and when you want him to be quiet, then he speaks again. God’s people are not parrots but when their voice imitates the world and it’s agenda rather than God and His power, then there is indeed a confusion of things.
That which is convenient must never become that which is accepted. Just because it is working does not mean it is Godly. Never mistake God’s silence for His assent. Many times He appears not to be loud, but it’s our desires that drain the truth.
